Sales Development Representative - South Florida

<p><u><strong>What you'll do:&nbsp;</strong></u></p><p>Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business in the audio-visual (AV) industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maintaining our showroom presence in South Florida.</p><ul><li>Desire to educate customers on display technology, in a showroom, office, or job site location.</li><li>Identify &amp; develop new business opportunities.

This will be accomplished by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunities.</li><li>Drive business impact by conducting lead generation and innovative campaigns to attract customers.</li><li>Ensuring all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.</li><li>Grow existing accounts clients by providing excellent customer service and offering new products and services.</li><li>Maintain CRM for contact details and to support pipeline management.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns that promote our products and services.</li><li>Manage the showroom and ensure that it is presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technology.</li><li>Meet corporate and sales objectives.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><u><strong>What you'll bring:&nbsp;</strong></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or other Technical Industry</li><li>Professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>High energy, sense of urgency</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits – All benefits start on first day of employment!</strong></p><ul> <li>75% employer-paid medical for employee.
