Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer that will help shape the future of RoadieXD, Roadie's cross-dock solution, while contributing to geospatial services and other foundational platform capabilities. You'll partner across Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges, influence technical direction, and build scalable systems that power millions of deliveries.

What You'll Do - Design, build, and test the APIs and services that power RoadieXD - Develop internal and customer-facing tools, primarily in React, that enable our cross-dock operations to scale efficiently - Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges and deliver high-impact features - Influence architecture and technical design decisions that improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of the Roadie platform - Write clean, maintainable code backed by automated testing, thoughtful code reviews, and modern engineering best practices - Continuously improve existing systems by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, developer experience, and long-term maintainability Technologies - Languages: Primarily, Go and/or Ruby on Rails for backend.

Experience in other backend languages considered. For frontend, React. - Data: Postgres, Redis, Kafka - Infra & Devops: AWS, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, CircleCI
