Cyber Pursuits Engineering Project Manager

Description: The Cyber Pursuits team is seeking an Engineering Project Management lead on an ADP Program. The scope includes Control Account Manager and Proposal Lead for the Cyber portfolio.

Responsibilities include: -Control Account Manager -Proposal Lead - Leading the execution and monthly Business Rhythm - Directly contributing to the Cost, Schedule and Technical health of ADP. -Help shape and implement Value Stream Team (VST) process on Proposals - Collaborate with an Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager, including VAR work cells and Estimate to Complete monthly reviews - Engaging with Tech Leads, Line of Business and L-Codes to understand their needs and use cases - Helping to shape the strategy and vision for the Emerging Technologies Directorate

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Final Secret security clearance updated within the last 6 years to start.

Qualifications: Experience with Earned Value management processes

Ability to work proactive with tight deadlines Desired Skills: Bachelor Degree in a STEM or Business-related discipline or equivalent

Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF) contractual requirements in support of new proposals

Familiar with Cyber contractual requirements in support of new proposals

Familiar with MBSE contractual requirements in support of new proposals

Basic understanding of Post Authority to Operate (ATO)

responsibilities (Patch/STIG management and POA&M Compliance)

Experience with Lockheed Martin Proposal/BOE process Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification/Experience Strong knowledge of Program and Company Command Media

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
