Line Cook - Flexible AM and PM Shift

Sofitel Philadelphia is seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join the team at the newly repositioned Liberté Restobar . This is a unique opportunity to work under the leadership of Executive Chef Sylva Senat , a James Beard Award nominee and Top Chef finalist , helping deliver elevated French-inspired cuisine in a luxury hotel setting.

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and proper portion control during service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation
• Assist with daily prep, station setup, inventory, and kitchen organization.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Previous line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
• Strong cooking fundamentals, knife skills, and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
