BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking IDD Support Specialist - Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. As a IDD Support Specialist - Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities-helping them reach their full potential.

- Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities

- Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00/hr. with a weekly pay schedule

Qualifications for IDD Support Specialists - Direct Support Professionals (DSP):

- One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (autism, down syndrome)
