Jr. Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer (SE) to join our team and support our client in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. What you'll do: - Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities - Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables - Develop technical and system documentation - Plan system development and interact with government officials - Review and approve system engineering documentation - Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems - Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis What you'll need: - 0-2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field - Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Bonus Points if you have: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead and manage design and development activities - Proficient in developing technical documentation and system planning - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials - Proven ability to review and approve system engineering documentation - In-depth knowledge and experience in Scrum methodologies and Agile practices Clearance : Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland .
