WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Identify and resolve issues related to the manufacturing and assembly of complex electro-mechanical systems, ensuring that quality standards are met - Design and implement effective fixtures and workstations to optimize workflow, increase quality and improve operations - Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality in low to medium scale operations - Develop and manage processes around Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory management, quality control, non-confirming material, and material returns to streamline operations - Develop, support, and manage assembly work instructions ensuring they are clear, concise, and up-to-date.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - 4+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with electro-mechanical assembly or within an R&D environment - Passion for lean manufacturing; experience implementing lean process flows and eliminating waste - Strong proficiency in CAD software (preferably Solidworks) - Experience leading project execution in cross-functional teams - Experience working with electrochemical devices is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related major preferred #LI-Onsite Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy's culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
