Our ideal candidate will have the following expertise : Provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.

Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks.

Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures and methods.

Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required. Minimum Experience: - Seven (7) years of relevant experience. - Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project management, Power Point. - Experience in working with the DOW Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA). - Experience in Agile Methodologies.

Investigative Requirement : Secret clearance Remote Work Environment: This position is performed in a 100% remote, collaborative environment supporting government development activities.
