Job Description
Position Summary  

The Analyst position provides support for our Process and Standard Development Team responsible for the North America Kraft Heinz Document Management System to drive compliance in our specific ways of workings and standards and to work with stakeholders to ensure documents /records are up to date and relevant. This position provides compliance assessment support at assigned sites as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drives Document Management System compliance for North America standards, records, and ways of working
  • Partners with Global FSQ to shape standards/policies; integrates outputs and lessons learned from NA sites
  • Ensures standards/ways of working/records are kept up to date with NA stakeholders
  • Provides training and support for new/revised standards across NA sites
  • Supports eQMS project development and implementation across NA sites
  • Conducts compliance assessments at Kraft Heinz manufacturing facilities
  • Supports system admin for various Kraft Heinz internal systems (ex. Intelex , Veeva, SharePoint sites)
  • Supports FSSC Certification Scheme implementation and upskilling across NA sites
  • U pskills factories on NA standards/policies to improve compliance
  • Performs data analysis, tracking, and trending of key metrics for strategic initiative reporting
  • Offers site support as needed across facilities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Ideally in Food Science, Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Recent college graduate or 1-2+ years of experience in quality or significant food industry experience in an Operational or Quality role.
  • Familiarity with Kraft Heinz Quality Policies and Procedures is preferred
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and ability to lead changing project timelines and priorities with ease
  • Task focused with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Teammate capable of working in areas outside of expertise by drawing on team skills when required
  • A proven results-oriented self-starter capable of succeeding in a remote environment
  • Ability to influence key business partners, assess and mitigate risk, and communicate across the supply chain as required
  • Experience with ISO, and/or FSSC 22000 beneficial
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to travel ~ 30 %
  • May require an updated passport

New Hire Base Salary Range: $68,900.00 - $86,100.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
