Regional Vice President

The Davey Tree Expert Company has an opportunity in the field of Utility Line Clearance as a Regional Vice President.

- Responsible for overall performance across multiple geographic operating centers and utility customers

- Deliver safe, productive, and quality services that exceed industry standards

- Lead an experienced team of field managers, supervisors, and general foremen

- Oversight of all aspects of utility tree care operations and delivering strong financial performance

- Ensure timely and accurate administrations for projects such as forecasting, work scheduling, invoicing, work in progress

- Promote a culture of safety through establishing accountability for employee development, adherence to company policies and procedures, and effective use of leading indicator incident prevention tools

- A professional with strong organizational skills who can prioritize and execute company priorities

- Experience leading regional teams and able to foster a positive work environment that supports organizational success

- Demonstrated experience in growing business and managing financial performance

- Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in the utility line clearance and/or vegetation management industry. Candidate must have demonstrated understanding of utility business operations and client expectations

- Thorough understanding of industry standards, such as CPUC, ANSI, OSHA, and utility line clearance standards

- Desire to grow your career, team members, and our business

- Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist Utility Specialist, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional
