  • Provide strategic advice on capital structure, portfolio optimization, and capital raising alternatives
  • Collaborate across business lines to drive holistic client engagement and revenue growth
  • Maintain deep knowledge of senior housing market trends, including supply/demand dynamics, demographic tailwinds, and capital flows
  • Represent the Bank at industry conferences, client events, and investor forums to enhance brand presence and originations pipeline
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Commercial Banking, with meaningful exposure to senior housing, healthcare real estate, or operating businesses
  • Proven track record of originating, structuring, and executing commercial credit transactions
  • Experience managing large, complex client portfolios ($500MM+ relationships preferred)
  • Strong credit underwriting and risk assessment capabilities, including cash flow modeling and sensitivity analysis
  • Deep understanding of commercial loan structures (secured lending, syndications, lines of credit, and capital markets execution)
  • Ability to evaluate operator-driven business models alongside real estate fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deepen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Strong sales and origination discipline, with a focus on pipeline development and execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in senior credit forums
  • Ability to think strategically about portfolio construction, risk-adjusted returns, and client growth opportunities
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across Credit, Capital Markets, Private Bank, and Product teams
  • High level of professional judgment, accountability, and execution discipline
