As part of the Brand Design Team, the Digital Graphic Designer for eCommerce is a production-first designer with a strong creative sensibility , responsible for creating high-performing, conversion-focused digital assets across all eCommerce touchpoints, including Amazon, DTC, and retail partner sites.

This role lives at the intersection of design systems, production execution, and eCommerce strategy . You will bring the OXO brand to life through scalable, repeatable design solutions built in Figma , while ensuring every asset is optimized for clarity, consistency, and conversion. Comfort with Adobe is a plus.

You are a hands-on maker who is organized, meticulous, and highly efficient. A great candidate understands how to pair existing photography with compelling, benefit-led messaging written by our in-house copy team. You are equally comfortable iterating within established systems as you are contributing to improving them.

Success in this role means delivering high-volume, high-quality work without losing the brand’s identity. You design mobile-first and are in touch with using AI and creative best practices in the digital space.

  • Own the creation of production-ready digital assets across all eCommerce touchpoints, including Amazon, DTC, and retail partners.
  • Design high-quality, on-brand assets produced efficiently at scale, with a clear focus on conversion.
  • Execute high-volume design work using Figma-based design systems and component libraries.
  • Translate OXO brand standards into modular, scalable layouts optimized for mobile-first eCommerce.
  • Combine existing product photography with clear, benefit-driven copy to tell a compelling product story, succinctly.
  • Combine packaging photos and make smart use of visual graphics to bring static images to life as infographics and charts.
  • Design for lower-funnel conversion, focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and simple storytelling.
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files with meticulous attention to detail in file naming and uploading assets to a DAM.
  • Have a strong sensibility for when additional photography will make a big impact on the success of the page.
  • Be in touch with the eCommerce landscape, smartly researching and presenting your findings, in relation to current projects.
  • Evolve how the team works by building and maintaining systems that scale.
  • Improve efficiency, reduce rework, and increase consistency across all eCommerce outputs
  • Actively contribute to and work within a Figma design system with shared components, templates, and libraries.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, templatize, and streamline workflows.
  • Partner with Project Management and cross-functional teams to improve speed, clarity, and output consistency.
  • Maintain strong file organization, naming conventions, and version control that can be intuitively understood by others.
  • Support and enforce best practices for production design at scale
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align creative output with business needs.
  • Strategically align and collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Brand Comms, and the Brand Design to understand product priorities and retail requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of platform constraints and best practices.
  • Translate stakeholder input into clear, effective visual solutions.
  • Communicate work clearly and concisely in reviews, both in person and via review links, focusing on business impact over design preference.
  • Work with and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Source, organize, and manage photography and design files.
  • Ensure all assets are properly labeled, versioned, and stored for team-wide access
  • Systems thinker who thrives in scalable design environments
  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design
  • Comfortable working at speed and volume without sacrificing quality
  • Strong desire to learn and expand an already solid skillset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related design/creative/art field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on eCommerce and production design
  • *Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, conversion-driven design work required*
  • Proficiency in Figma , with experience building and working within design systems and component libraries.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proven experience creating conversion-focused eCommerce content (Amazon, PDPs, digital retail)
  • Strong understanding of how to pair imagery with benefit-led copy
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Ability to manage high-volume production workflows with precision and consistency
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and incorporating feedback quickly
  • Strong file organization, naming conventions, and documentation habits
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
