- Quickly build and iterate Design concepts using Autodesk Alias Surface, both in NURBS and Sub-D.
- Understand Typical Sections and material separation for vehicle manufacture.
- Efficiently manage inputs including sketches, designer models, scans, package data, and verbal direction.
- Work harmoniously with fellow CAS modelers, Designers, Engineers, Fabricators, Clay Modelers and CMF Designers.
- Prepare digital models for 3D Printing and CNC Milling.
- Participate in Design reviews offering critique and reacting to feedback with creative solutions.
- Flexibly optimize deliverables to changing project constraints.
- Open willingness to support on anything to meet our goals.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Travel up to 20% of time domestically and/or internationally.
- Design degree or similar experience.
- Desire for learning, exploration and innovation.
- 7 years' experience in Autodesk Alias Surface for automotive OEM..
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: Dynamo, Grasshopper, VRED, Blender, and Python
- Understanding the Design fundamentals of Proportions, Surface, Theme, Graphics and Packaging.
- English language required for Multicultural Team Environment.
