Duties and

Responsibilities - Leads the planning, execution, and oversight of major construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, scope, schedule, and budget. - Develops and implements strategies for resource allocation, subcontractor management, and procurement to support timely and cost-effective project delivery. - Leads risk management activities, identifying potential issues and executing mitigation plans to minimize impact on project performance and business outcomes. - Oversees compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout all phases of construction. - Prepares and presents detailed technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making. - Negotiates complex contracts and manages vendor relationships to ensure adherence to performance standards and contractual obligations. - Drives continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance data, identifying trends, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Performs other duties as assigned.
