Corrosion & Integrity Senior I - Integrity Management

Duties and

Responsibilities - Performs data analytics to support the IM Corrosion group in External/Internal Corrosion. - Develops and provides input on Company standards, specifications and procedures governing selection, design, application and operation of materials, components, and systems that meet Company needs on a long term basis and with optimum economic considerations. - Ad hoc field work and support. - Analyzes corrosion data and inspection results to identify degradation mechanisms and risk drivers. - Designs corrosion monitoring plans tailored to asset type, environment, and operational conditions. - Evaluates cathodic protection performance and recommends adjustments or corrective actions. - Reviews material selection and coating system performance for repairs or new installations. - Supports failure investigations and root cause analyses related to corrosion or material degradation. - Prepares technical reports and presents findings to operations, engineering, and management stakeholders. - Mentors less experienced staff on corrosion fundamentals, inspection interpretation, and integrity practices. - Performs other duties as assigned.
