Full job description

The Manufacturing Team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, moving ground equipment, and flight vehicles. In this position, you will own large parts of the end-to-end manufacturing KPI tracking - enhancing transparency and generating actional reports to support strategic and tactical decision making.

You'll support increasing efficiencies throughout our end-to-end processes, all with a focus on introducing scale and resiliency into our growing people and tools footprint. - Support program managers and manufacturing leadership in preparation and management of critical technical and business forums

- Provide structure to ambiguity and helping drive manufacturing engineering stakeholders towards decisions on tactical and strategic issues

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business impact and outcomes

- Execute scrappy analyses on short-timelines to get answers quickly, while also considering more scalable solutions that will make Anduril successful in the long term

- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement manufacturing processes.

- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate manufacturing information.

- Develop an understanding of how our manufacturing engineering systems (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.) function and how to leverage data from them to equip manufacturing engineering teams with insights and tools to make tactical and strategic decisions.

- Analyze best practices across teams and develop ways to standardize and implement across all teams.

- Assist in the documentation and standardization of business procedures and reporting protocols.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, business, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on data analysis, program support, or process improvement.

- Strong analytical aptitude and can intuitively think about problems in terms of numbers and data-models

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences

- A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail

- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

- Familiarity with MES, ERP, and PLM systems and how they interface with each other and with operations

- Familiarity with SQL, Typescript, PowerBI, Tableau, Foundry, Databricks
