Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)

Our York Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a LPN or RN who has a passion for home care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1200 with the commitment of 2 night shifts/week.

- We pride ourselves on providing an excellent onboarding and training experience from Day 1.

- On your first day, you can expect to meet our Clinical Manager, Administrator, Scheduler and support staff.

- During your paid orientation, we cover virtual and hands-on training and enjoy providing lunch for you and our team!

- We have officially been open for 2 years in York County and are continuing to grow throughout York and soon Adams County!

- Scholarship opportunities, free courses, and on-the-job training

- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose

- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
