The Senior Manager - Revenue Strategy & Operations (Rotational) is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, contributing to ServiceTitan's growth across multiple business segments. This is a rotational role and flexibility is essential: you'll start with deep ownership in one area — a specific market segment, a cross-functional program, or a functional domain like marketing, sales or planning — and rotate into new areas over time with the evolution of business needs and your development goals
- Ideate and lead deep dives / analysis in collaboration with cross-functional partners into the highest-priority strategic topics for your current rotation — these will shift over time, spanning things like top account strategy, marketing ROI modeling, pricing models, onboarding simplification, forecasting rigor, or GTM segmentation
- Own high-impact initiatives and drive them from opportunity identification / strategic incubation through ongoing execution and iteration, working daily alongside senior stakeholders (GMs, C-level functional leaders) in whichever area you're supporting
- Drive day-to-day operations, metrics, program management, and strategic pivots for your initiatives, adapting your approach to the stakeholders, and pace of each rotation
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance as a steward of the programs you own and their full-lifecycle outcomes
- Support development of priorities, resource planning, and goal setting for your current area (annual / multi-year planning)
- Present insights, status updates, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision-making
- Build durable frameworks, documentation, and institutional knowledge that outlast your time in any single rotation and contribute to the broader Rev S&O function, not just your segment
- Actively adopt and experiment with AI and automation tools to accelerate execution, carrying that fluency with you across each rotation
- 5+ years of work experience in a combination of high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting
- Functional experience in operations / business operations, strategy, go-to-market and/or growth within the SaaS space is preferred
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., customer research, data analysis, customer segmentation strategies, competitive assessments, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in new domains and develop a point of view— a fast learner in unfamiliar business contexts, not just an expert in one
- Ability to distill complex issues into concrete action plans; manage execution; and drive results
- Energized by ambiguity and dynamic working environments — genuinely excited by variety and by tackling different problems rather than specializing narrowly
- Knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
- Track record of building relationships quickly — you'll need to establish trust with new stakeholders each time you rotate
