The Company operates Snapchat , a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc. , a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji , Saturn, and other digital services.

The SPECS team is building the next generation of augmented reality computing, and we are looking for an Enterprise Partner Development Manager to help build a world-class ecosystem of enterprise partners around the platform.

In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and develop new partner relationships that expand our reach, strengthen our enterprise offerings, and accelerate go-to-market execution. You will help build a significant pipeline of prospective partners, lead partnership conversations through agreement and onboarding, and activate partners with clear offerings and joint GTM plans.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective enterprise partners across services and solutions categories.
  • Source, analyze, and prioritize new partners based on strategic fit, market credibility, technical capabilities, customer access, and relevance to target use cases.
  • Lead relationship development and partnership discussions from initial outreach through commercial alignment, agreement execution, onboarding, and activation.
  • Shape partner offerings and help package them into repeatable solutions and joint GTM motions for enterprise customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, legal, sales, and GTM teams to align partner strategy with platform priorities and customer needs.
  • Support the development of a curated partner ecosystem that customers know and trust, and that can help scale enterprise adoption of SPECS.
  • Help identify opportunities to bring existing enterprise AR relationships, customer patterns, and category knowledge into the SPECS ecosystem.
  • Experience in partner development, strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem development within enterprise technology
  • Track record of building pipeline, leading commercial conversations, and converting partnerships into active market-facing relationships
  • Experience working with systems integrators, consultancies, software partners, platforms, or developer ecosystems
  • Strong ability to evaluate partner business models, capabilities, and go-to-market fit
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and driving momentum across internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • 10+ years of partner facing experience, preferably focused on partner identification, onboarding and offer development.
  • Experience in augmented reality, mixed reality, spatial computing, smart glasses, or adjacent emerging technology categories.
  • Experience building partnerships around enterprise software, workflow solutions, or technical service offerings.
  • Familiarity with enterprise developer ecosystems, partner enablement, and onboarding programs.
  • Background with or exposure to ecosystems such as Microsoft HoloLens, Magic Leap, or comparable enterprise XR platforms is a strong plus.
