This position is part of the Amazon Connect organization. Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners.

Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. AWS is seeking a Sr. NAMER Partner BD - Connect, AWS to drive our Connect partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Connect solutions across ISV and Emerging Partners.

Amazon Connect services work backward from the needs of customers to provide a broad array of AI-powered customer experience services that deliver personalized service across all channels (voice, email, chat, IVR) utilizing flexible access to data and applications to deliver exceptional customer and agent experiences. Amazon Connect is AI CCaaS (Omni-Channel, IVR, Analytics, Cases, Tasks, Customer Data Profiles, and more).

As a Sr. NAMER Partner BD - Connect, AWS, you will strategically build mind share and adoption of Amazon Connect practices across our strategic existing and new ISV and Emerging Partners.

You will own and drive GTM strategies for Amazon Connect ISV and Emerging Partners serving enterprise and commercial customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing key programs and initiatives to drive revenue and user adoption, ensuring customers select AWS as their cloud provider for customer experience solutions via these partners.

You will strategically identify Connect customers and opportunities, build and manage pipeline, lead Connect solution discussions for ISV and Emerging Partners and their customers, collaborate with Connect teams to qualify and validate how and when we deliver our services via partners, oversee successful customer implementation of the solution, and own sales cycle and business goals for your territory.

By establishing and growing business and technical relationships at senior levels, and managing strategic interactions with these stakeholders, you will drive top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption and value through partners.

You will work independently with our ISV and Emerging Partner go-to-market strategy and business development leaders to develop and implement strategic support, co-programming, and portfolio engagement to increase middle and tail of funnel outcomes and accelerate seller cycles in the field. You will also lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in marketing, solutions architecture, and business development to execute a consistent coverage model, go-to-market strategy, and goals for the AWS business in North America.

responsibilities - Drive Customer Obsessed partner business strategies for ISV and Emerging Partners in the North America market. - Develop and implement AWS go-to-market strategies with Connect ISV and Emerging Partners serving enterprise and commercial customers. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior partner stakeholders focused on Amazon Connect growth. - Accelerate customer adoption with partners by developing and executing comprehensive sales and business plans, leading well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM activities. - Design and implement scalable programs and deliver insightful business reviews to unblock partner challenges and drive growth. - Create operational planning documents and serve as an Amazon Connect subject matter expert for ISV and Emerging Partner engagement. - Ensure customer and partner satisfaction through strategic engagement and relationship management. - Expect moderate travel to partner sites and customer locations across North America.
