The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the university’s HR technology ecosystem. This position leads the analysis, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of complex, cross-functional HR solutions. Serving as a technical expert and potential module lead, the analyst drives system optimization by identifying opportunities to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, elevate the user experience, and support the university’s broader strategic goals.
Work Arrangement: This hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, with an expectation of two days per week on-site.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $107,872.83 - $118,646.00. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree, Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 7 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Experience working with human resources information systems including systems implementation and configuration. Demonstrated working knowledge of HRIS software and systems, particularly Workday.
Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts. Demonstrated analytical, communication, organization, critical thinking, and customer service skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
