As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance across the Seattle territory. You'll develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while coaching and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives.

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Create and execute territory sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability measures.
  • Partner with marketing and business leaders to increase brand awareness and business development opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that support business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Experience building partnerships and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
