Be the Face of Innovation: AI-Driven Project Manager at Trimble’s Global Headquarters!

Step into a high-impact role as a project manager for the Office of Technology Innovation (OTI) at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will support and coordinate a diverse portfolio of innovation programs, cross-company initiatives, and OTI projects, spanning emerging technologies, data-driven efforts, innovation events, and internal engagement.

You will also support internal communications and knowledge sharing across the organization.

You will combine strong project management and organizational skills with an AI-first mindset, actively using automation and modern tools to improve how work gets planned, tracked, reported, and delivered, helping bring our most strategic innovation efforts to life more effectively and at scale.

Trimble empowers customers to drive productivity and progress with connected hardware and software solutions.

In this role, you will be a key enabler of innovation within the OTI, helping shape how global technology initiatives, programs, and research efforts are executed and scaled. You won’t just track projects; you will actively transform how OTI operates by applying an AI-first approach to project management, operations, and internal engagement.

As a trusted partner to OTI leadership, you will influence how innovation programs, data-driven initiatives, and emerging technology efforts are planned, executed, and communicated.

  • Architect Intelligent Workflows: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and streamline core OTI processes, transforming manual project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination into intelligent, scalable systems.
  • Coordinate Innovation events: Act as the primary coordinator and point person for high-profile global events.
  • Drive Data-Backed Insights and Reporting: Use AI-powered analytics to automate project tracking and generate predictive reports for OTI leadership and stakeholders.
  • Curate Digital Content: Own and maintain internal web pages using AI tools for content generation and automated summarization.
  • Coordinate Innovation Projects and Portfolio: Coordinate and monitor a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, data analytics initiatives, and emerging technology research. Use AI-powered tools to track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and generate predictive insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Dynamic Project Coordination: Early experience in project management, operations, or coordination within a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Process-Oriented Thinking: A keen interest in improving how work gets done, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to design more efficient workflows.
  • AI-First Mindset: A strong passion for applying AI and automation to solve practical business problems and improve productivity.
  • Autonomous Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for acting as the local liaison at the corporate headquarters.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, data analytics, or low-code automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Notion) and an interest in their AI integrations.
  • Experience in internal communications or large-scale event coordination.
