In this role, you will be at the absolute cutting edge of the AI revolution, moving beyond standard automation to build independent, agentic testing systems. The Agentic AI Software Quality Assurance Engineer role is dedicated to enhancing the quality of software releases through the refinement of automation processes and tools. The primary objective involves developing autonomous, goal-oriented systems capable of independent perception, reasoning, planning, and action to successfully complete complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.

This opportunity entails collaboration with software developers, technical support personnel, and clients to devise bespoke testing methodologies for our software utilities.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a closely related AI discipline
  • Designing, building, and deploying autonomous agents for end-to-end testing and quality monitoring
  • Developing and maintaining the underlying AI models and algorithms that power agentic testing systems
  • Defining high-level goals and constraints for AI agents to guide independent test execution and discovery
  • Ability to write UI tests in C# and script PowerShell solutions
  • Selenium with WinApp Appium, Microsoft Playwright using .NET and C#
  • Reviewing design documents to check new features and design quality
  • Working closely with software developers and software quality analysts to resolve issues. Executing both automated and manual test cases and formally documenting results
  • Reviewing design specifications to assess new feature and design quality
  • Collaborating closely with software developers and software quality analysts to ensure issue resolution
  • Robust verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proven teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in software testing (e.g., using AI for test case generation, defect prediction, or log analysis)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools or libraries relevant to quality assurance (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or specialized AI testing platforms)
  • Demonstrated capability to interpret and comprehend source code commonly employed within standard automation frameworks
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server) and proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
