Licensed Vocational Nurse, Supervisor

The Regional Float LVN Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Staffing department and is responsible for scheduling employees to ensure sufficient staff coverage for all shifts within the primary care clinics. This position also performs various supervisory duties requiring excellent organizational and management skills.

Duties may include reviewing applicants’ resumes, identifying qualified applicants, conducting interviews, and retaining valuable employees.

• Graduate from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment; prior experience with staff scheduling preferred.

• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
