Licensed Vocational Nurse, Supervisor

This position is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of nursing care provided to AltaMed PACE clinic patients and works in conjunction with internal and external departments to achieve the clinic's objectives. Additionally, this position supervises and coordinates front office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff, is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of clinic operations, and for monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.

• A current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Prior experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
• Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical system (EHR/EMR) preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
