- Significant experience with electrical and power distribution systems (<600V AC), including 480V down to 120V and DC systems

- Working knowledge of delta/wye transformers, building lighting systems, construction specifications, and facility grounding

- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles, including refrigeration, chillers, boilers, and air-handling equipment

- Experience with plumbing design and operation, including domestic water, wastewater, venting, and storm systems

- Experience with critical power infrastructure, including UPS systems, backup generators, and automatic transfer switches

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process design solutions with minimal impact to ongoing operations

- Strong ability to manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

- Ability to quickly assess issues and support technicians with troubleshooting and repair

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-concentration environment with extended work hours and tight deadlines

- Acute attention to detail and strong systems-thinking ability to anticipate and avoid problems

- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC), ASHRAE standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes, International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), and International Building Code (IBC)

- Physical effort including standing, lifting, and carrying moderately heavy materials or equipment (up to 25 lbs. unassisted)

- Exposure to extreme outdoor environments (heat, cold, rain)

- Work in environments requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noise

- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed based on site operational requirements; flexibility required

- Must be able to climb ladders and work in tight/confined spaces

- Occasional travel may be required to support projects at other sites (up to 15%)
