Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Data Associate Architect to join our growing team.
The Associate Data/EDI Architect (ADA) will be responsible for key operational aspects for the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department. A key area of focus for the ADA will be working with the configuration teams (data/EDI and implementation architects), typically on low to moderate complexity customers.
This includes mentoring of less experienced teammates to guide them in continuous process improvement and meeting quality expectations and production deadlines. In addition, the ADA will play a key role in addressing technical inquiries across EBTech’s benefits administration software platforms. You will use your system development knowledge, health and welfare expertise and project management experience in implementing new customers and expanding current customer relationships.
You will have the opportunity to grow your supervisory, project management, consulting, customer management, leadership, health and welfare knowledge, and business acumen. As an ADA you are responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed with high quality and timeliness.
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
