We are seeking an entry-level ETL Developer to design, build, and support data integration processes and data warehouse solutions. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into scalable ETL workflows and maintain reliable data pipelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Support data warehouse design and data modeling initiatives

• Identify source systems and implement efficient data extraction processes

• Ensure data quality, transformation accuracy, and alignment with business requirements

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability

• Maintain and update existing ETL processes to support evolving business needs

• Collaborate with Data Warehouse, BI, and development teams to deliver solutions

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Document ETL processes, workflows, and best practices

• Support testing frameworks, environments, and issue resolution

• 1+ year of ETL and data warehousing experience

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server)

• Experience with ETL and reporting tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Business Objects)

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field.
