  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; MBA preferred for advanced financial and strategic acumen.
  • Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant senior-level experience supporting supply chain or operations functions. A track record of effective financial leadership in complex, global organizations is essential.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management principles, working capital optimization, and overall supply chain economics. Experience in managing finances for supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations (especially in a regulated industry) is highly valued.
  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with operational leaders to drive strategic outcomes.
