The Executive Director, Neuroscience Commercialization Communications, leads the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy that advances business priorities, strengthens reputation, and drives stakeholder engagement across the neuroscience therapeutic area. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping the external environment, influencing decision-making, and ensuring alignment across global teams.
The Executive Director is accountable for translating business strategy into impactful storytelling, delivering measurable outcomes, and positioning Bristol Myers Squibb as a leader in brain health.
Leading a team of communications professionals, this role will partner with the Commercialization and Corporate Affairs matrix to develop, guide, and oversee the overall communications strategy for the Neuroscience businesses, which includes internal, external, and executive communications.
This role is based in Princeton Pike, New Jersey and sits on the Global Commercialization & Market Communications Leadership Team, as well as the Neuroscience Leadership Team.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
