Project Manager - Payment (Dental/RX) Job Locations US-Remote ID 2026-19598 Category Program Management Position Type Full-Time Overview The Project Manager – Payment owns delivery of defined project(s) from initiation through close. Ensures plans are realistic, stakeholders are aligned, execution stays on track, and risks/issues are actively managed.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting. Facilitate team meetings, decisions, issue resolution, and stakeholder follow-up. Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, communications, and delivery readiness.

Escalate risks and tradeoffs in a timely manner. Ensure project artifacts, governance requirements, and documentation are complete. Owns one project’s scope, timeline, and execution discipline.

Utilize AI responsibly, to amplify productivity to draft status reports, maintain RAID logs, generate meeting notes and action items, build project plans, and prepare stakeholder communications. Share best practices with project managers, product owners, business analysts as appropriate. Proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate in a timely manner.

Key Interfaces - Program Managers PMO Analyst Business stakeholders Product R&D Operations Vendors (if applicable) Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of project management experience required. Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).

Experience running cross-functional projects with disciplined status, RAID, and timeline management. Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience with healthcare operations, software delivery, or business transformation preferred.

Agile and waterfall delivery methods. Smartsheet/Jira/PM tooling. Project planning.

Schedule management. Issue resolution. Meeting facilitation.

Stakeholder communication. Execution discipline. Attention to detail.

Cognitive/Mental

Requirements: Communicating with others to exchange information. Problem-solving and thinking critically. Completing tasks independently.

Interpreting data. Making timely decisions in the context of a workflow. Maintaining focus.

Applying established protocols in a timely manner. Working Conditions and Physical

Requirements: Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.

Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance. Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
