Responsibilities: Th is Prin c ipal HUMINT Ta rgeting Team Lead develops multi-intelligen c e produ c ts supporting HUMINT c olle c tion operations at the expert level and serves as the te c hni c al team lead .

Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: P rovides analysis of all-sour c e data in a multi-intelligen c e area to produ c e exe c utive-level defense reports relevant on a national or global level. Serve as subje c t matter expert in the intelligen c e analysis field supporting a government c ustomer. Responsible for final review of intelligen c e reports and prompt delivery to the c ustomer at all levels.

Often leads in the resear c h of all-sour c e data and assists other intelligen c e analysts in the operation and use of intelligen c e tools . Provide analysis and resear c h for industry, infrastru c ture, te c hnology, c ountry, geographi c area, biographi c and targeted vulnerability. Prepare network development and target pa c k ages and assessments of c urrent events based on the sophisti c ated c olle c tion, resear c h and analysis of c lassified/un c lassified and open-sour c e information.

Develop and maintain analyti c al pro c edures to meet c hanging requirements and ensure maximum operations. Provide timely and a c c urate support to HUMINT targeting support to meet servi c e-level needs and c olle c tion requirements . C ondu c t multi-sour c e intelligen c e resear c h and c reate c ables, HQ or field responses, network diagrams and asset validation produ c ts.

Utilize e xperien c e with SIGINT tools, network development tools, and r esear c h to develop targeting plans and produ c ts supporting defined c olle c tion priorities . I dentify measures of effe c tiveness . Provide detailed input to asset validation panels to determine c urrent and future viability of sour c es .

C oordinate with other operations, support staff intra- and inter- c ommunity to align analyti c requirements with available targeting c apabilities . Maintain awareness of c olle c tion operations, poli c y developments, and information priorities relevant to fun c tional area . De c onfli c t multi-dis c ipline c olle c tion problems and seek opportunities to leverage and integrate HUMINT c apabilities to support multi-dis c ipline c olle c tion efforts.

Represent HUMINT in agen c y, defense and national forums . Produ c e and Brief produ c ts at meetings, workshops, or other c ommunity venues for the purposes of intelligen c e sharing and best pra c ti c es . Edit produ c ts, if requested, a c c ording to agen c y poli c y .

Servs as the te c hni c al team Lead, representing the team's work to leadership and c ustomers . Travel required within the National C apital Region (N C R) on an as needed basis for c ustomer or c orporate requirements. **** Please Note this is for a proposal effort **** Qualifications Required Qualifi c ations : C urrent TS/S C I with ability to pass a polygraph .

B a c helor's Degree with a Minimum of 12 years of appli c able work experien c e to in c lude targeting , all-sour c e analysis and HUMINT experien c e . Experien c e in tagging data and building networks . Leadership experien c e with a te c hni c al team.

Experien c e developing and presenting te c hni c al br iefs to leadership at levels up to and in c luding Exe c utive Levels . Strong analyti c al and c riti c al thinking skills to interpret c omplex data and draw meaningful c on c lusions. Experien c e with intelligen c e databases, software, and analyti c al tools.

Ability to work c ollaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the produ c t life c y c le. C apa c ity to adapt to c hanging situations to prioritize tasks effe c tively. Ex c ellent c ommuni c ation (both written and verbal in English) , analyti c al, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to c learly and c on c isely express multifa c eted c on c epts . Ability to d evelop ideas in a logi c al sequen c e lead ing to validated c on c lusion s . W orking knowledge and experien c e with the basi c personal c omputer, Windows Operating System, and Mi c rosoft Offi c e Suite (Outlook, Word, Ex c el, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifi c ations : Ideal c andidate will possess an a c tive TS/S C I with polygraph .

Ba c helor's degree in Intelligen c e, C riminal Justi c e, Politi c al S c ien c e, Law Enfor c ement or other related topi c s is highly desired . Master's degree in a relevant field. Experien c e working in the c ustomer environment is preferred.

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
