Responsibilities: Financing structuring Transaction support: internal project management, due diligence, data room, etc. General research and market analysis Corporate and team support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.

3 to 6 years of relevant work experience, including transaction work beyond valuation and modeling. Exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of relevant financial and mathematical modeling techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the talent to express ideas clearly and fluently.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and individual work ethic are both valued. The expected starting pay range for this role is $111,000 - $138,000 USD. This range is an estimate, and base pay may vary above or below these amounts based on several factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education.

In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
