Engineer II, Packaging Innovation

ABOUT THE TEAM: Packaging and Innovation has become a core focus within Herbalife where this department gets to play a key role in leading those efforts globally to drive change, influence design and ensure Herbalife packaging leads the industry.

Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: - Minimum 4 - 7 years' experience in Packaging Engineering with increasing responsibility - Experience in New Product Development, Innovation and product launches within a consumer good, food or dietary supplement company - Knowledge of plastics (rigid & flexible), corrugated, labels and paperboard along with their respective manufacturing processes - Understanding of sustainability in packaging - Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects in parallel Education - Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering from a recognized program - Open - Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field with practical experience in the packaging industry #LI-EG1 #hybrid US Benefits Statement Herbalife offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees in the U.S. (limited to the 50 States and the District of Columbia), which includes Group Health Programs, other Voluntary Benefit Programs, and Paid Time Off.
