This individual serves as the primary technical authority bridging Beaker CP across related third-party systems and other KPHC modules, ensuring seamless workflow integration across clinical and operational systems.

They partner closely with the Principal Product Manager for the program to define and deliver cohesive, enterprise-aligned solutions. The role also plays a critical part in establishing internal support capabilities alongside external consultants, while mitigating program risk tied to KPWA (initial focus, expanding to KP Enterprise) Beaker CP delivery and broader instance consolidation efforts.

Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for serving as a lead expert in configuring complex system builds, testing, validation, and ongoing production support of assigned applications.

This position will possess clinical or IT systems knowledge and experience to develop and support safe and high quality care using the electronic health record.

This position will provide consultation on the in depth and precise investigation and documentation of future- state operational specifications and application functionality by leading the analysis of application capabilities, workflows, data collection, report details, and other clinical and/or technical issues associated with Epic software.

This position is also responsible for designing, developing, and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with Epic applications.

Some of the unique challenges this position will face include analyzing clinical and business operations and investigating user preferences; prioritizing & implementing requested system changes & updates; serving as a liaison between end users, third parties, and Epic implementation staff.
