Report to the Manager of Financial Reporting review and interpretation of financial reports cash flow projections budgeting/forecasting abstracting loan management fee agreements cash management reporting CAM reconciliations
BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or similar Business-related field, three or more years of strong experience in property management analytic reporting, and a knowledge base of full-cycle general ledger accounting level or higher.
