🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Represent lenders and institutional clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and key transaction documents
  • Lead title and survey review , identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Advise clients on financing structures and risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless, high-quality legal service
Requirements

👤 What You Bring

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
  • Active Bar admission (in good standing)
  • 4–6 years of substantive real estate law experience
  • Proven background in:
  • Real estate financing
  • Lender-side representation
  • Drafting and negotiating loan documents
  • Experience with title and survey diligence
  • Core strengths:
  • Sharp analytical thinking
  • Exceptional drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
