Benefit Funding Manager

We’re looking for you to bring:

• 6+ years in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or payment operations, with direct experience in benefit funding, claims banking, or healthcare payment operations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated readiness to lead a team, with experience mentoring junior staff, managing cross-functional workstreams, or standing in for a manager.
• Extensive experience in account reconciliation and using AI (e.g. Claude) and data tools (e.g., Looker) to identify financial patterns and drive business decisions.
• A proven track record of "creating order from chaos" by building sophisticated financial processes in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience partnering with Product/Engineering to resolve bugs and build automated financial fail-safes.
• Proficiency in Asana, Jira, and Looker to manage financial workflows, track technical tasks, and report on program health. The base salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
