Retail Sales Associate (PT)

As a part-time/seasonal Retail Sales Associate , you will deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Through authentic customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and a passion for the New Balance brand, you will help customers find the right products while contributing to a welcoming and organized retail environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging customers, asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs, and recommending products.

• Measure and fit customers, answering their questions and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Represent New Balane brand values – integrity, teamwork, and total customer satisfaction.

• Maintain an organized and well-stocked floor; ensure merchandise is properly labeled, priced, and displayed.

• Strong customer-service mindset; ability to greet customers, communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Physical

requirements: Ability to lift between 4-8 lbs; ability to move or assist with moving product up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods; kneel, squat, and climb ladders or stairs as needed.

• Preferred prior experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment

The Grove, CA Retail Only Pay Range: $17.87 - $19.65 - $23.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
