We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Water department to improve infrastructure with our Detroit staff. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil and/or environmental engineering and five to ten years of related experience. PE license is preferred.

Excellent technical writing, organization and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work well with others. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 30 days of employment.

• Professional Engineer license required
• Provide project management, technical planning, design and construction support on various stormwater, water and wastewater treatment and collection system projects

• Actively participate in improving Wade Trim’s visibility and brand

• Prepare engineering calculations and supporting analysis of alternatives

• Develop and complete applications, permits, engineering reports and specifications

• Prepare and review scope, budget and schedule for project tasks

• Assist with proposals, marketing, project reports and technical presentations

• Attend various meetings including pre-design, plan review, pre-construction, professional organization, staff, etc.

• Maintain a safe working environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
