We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction Team in Cleveland, Ohio. The candidate must have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, a related field OR equivalent experience in Construction Management or Construction Inspection. Candidates must have 7+years of experience related to engineering or construction management.

The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required.

• Strong people and team building skills in order to effectively communicate with clients and other staff

• Highly motivated, organized, and able to interpret technical data and perform technical writing

• This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in networking within the consultant and client communities

• 7+ years of related engineering or construction management experience

• Intention to pursue or have obtained PE license and/or CCM certificate preferred
• Act as the on-site liaison with the client and community

• Coordinate and communicate with contractors regarding construction project activity

• Responsible for project proposal development including positioning, approach, preparation and pricing

• Responsible for project execution including scope, schedule and budget

• Manage resources to successfully deliver project to client on time and under budget while meeting or exceeding client expectations

• Coordinate the design function with various team members on the project

• Ensure employees have knowledge and tools to complete tasks

• Generate additional sales through business development activities

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or a related field

• Equivalent experience in Construction Management or Construction Inspection
