Full job description

We’re looking for a Transformation Architect who brings technical depth, business acumen, and a relentless curiosity about how our healthcare customers operate. This is a role for someone who takes pride in exceptional work, earns trust quickly, and helps customers turn complex challenges into clear digital transformation strategies.

In this role, you will lead customer engagements that uncover business challenges, assess current-state architecture, and guide our critical healthcare customers toward a differentiated future-state design built on Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange to help them securely modernize and achieve their digital transformation goals.

You’ll facilitate interactive whiteboard sessions and strategic workshops, combining deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to help our customers plan and accelerate their Zero Trust transformation. Your work will shape high-level architectures, transformation roadmaps, and design strategies that are critical to supporting both the success of our customers and our West Healthcare Sales Team.

  • Lead cross-functional workshops to uncover business priorities, technical challenges, and current-state architecture
  • Guide customers through Zero Trust digital transformation aligned to business goals
  • Identify pain points, drivers for change, and decision criteria
  • Translate customer requirements into architectures, use cases, and solution designs
  • Lead clearly articulated strategic architecture discussions with both executive and technical stakeholders
  • Differentiate Zscaler through technical vision and architecture leadership
  • Create high-level Zero Trust architectures and transformation roadmaps
  • Assess existing environments and deliver actionable future-state recommendations, including High-Level Design documentation
  • Curious and Customer-Obsessed: You have a relentless curiosity in understanding how our customers operate, the challenges they face, and the barriers to success.
  • Proud of your work: Drive high-quality execution with a strong standard for clarity, rigor, and meaningful business results. You move with urgency and focus on results that matter
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: Create structure from ambiguity and confidently lead complex initiatives from concept to action.
  • Collaborative and high-trust : Build trusted cross-functional partnerships through candid communication, strong collaboration, and a focus on the best outcome.
  • Focused Communicator : Communicate complex ideas simply to any audience and act with urgency to turn business and technical challenges into clear, practical results.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent technical experience, supported by relevant industry certifications
  • Deep knowledge of NIST Zero Trust Architecture and related laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of networking and security environments
  • Demonstrated technical depth and credibility through advanced industry certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or network architecture (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical leadership or evangelist role
  • Cloud expertise or experience in adjacent technical domains
