HRIS Integrations Support Analyst

The Role The HRIS Integrations Support Analyst supports and maintains integrations across all HR, Payroll and Total Rewards systems including but not limited to Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions and Greenhouse. This role ensures accurate, reliable, and timely data flow across HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Recruiting, and Finance platforms, partnering with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, support enhancements, and maintain data integrity.

Support and monitor integrations between Oracle HCM and all third-party systems including but not limited to UKG WFM, Greenhouse, health and welfare vendors, etc.

Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies; perform root cause analysis and drive resolution.

Maintain and validate data mappings, file transfers (SFTP/flat files), and support API/middleware integrations.

Assist with integration builds, enhancements, and implementations, including testing (UAT/regression) and deployment.

Monitor scheduled jobs and data feeds to ensure timely and accurate data transmission.

Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure data consistency across HR, payroll, and recruiting systems.

Document integration processes, mappings, and runbooks for ongoing support.

Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements and support end-to-end integration needs.

Support system upgrades and releases by validating integration impacts.

3–5 years of experience in HRIS or systems integrations, preferably Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, health and welfare vendors and/or Greenhouse.

Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and recruiting data flows across systems.

Experience with integrations (SFTP, flat files, APIs) and exposure to middleware tools (e.g., Boomi) preferred.

Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data discrepancies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for business stakeholders.
