WHAT YOU’LL DO We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the operational engine behind one of our key client engagements. This role goes beyond keeping projects on track, you'll build, optimize, and evolve the systems that power creative delivery from kickoff through launch.
You'll partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams, leverage AI and modern workflows to increase efficiency, and create the structure that allows great creative work to thrive.
Build Smarter Systems Design, implement, and continuously improve creative workflows, delivery processes, and operational frameworks that evolve alongside client needs and business goals.
Lead with Confidence Serve as the primary operational partner for your client, leading delivery conversations, status meetings, and workflow discussions with clarity, professionalism, and proactive communication.
Turn Complexity into Clarity Translate changing client priorities, campaign needs, and feedback into actionable project plans, updated workflows, and aligned internal teams without losing momentum.
Drive Delivery Excellence Own project timelines, deliverables, and campaign calendars, proactively identifying risks, solving roadblocks, and keeping work moving from kickoff to completion.
Optimize Through AI Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve briefing, project tracking, communication, and creative operations while continuously exploring new ways to work smarter.
Lead Resources Strategically Manage resource planning, staffing, and team capacity to ensure projects are appropriately supported while maintaining a sustainable workload across the engagement.
Empower the Team Mentor and support junior project managers while fostering strong collaboration across creative, strategy, and client teams to deliver exceptional work together.
Continuously Improve Regularly evaluate delivery processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions before challenges become client-facing issues.
