Data & AI Product Manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Technical background - Fluency with AI - foundational LLMs, prompting, retrieval, and custom model workflows - and a sense for where they work well and where they don't. - Interest in how AI products are built and evaluated: prompt design, guardrails, and measuring output quality. - Strong grasp of data modeling and data architecture that powers AI features. - Experience on data-intensive or AI products, and comfortable in SQL and debugging data and system issues at a high level.

Product experience - 3+ years in product management or a closely related role. - Proven track record shipping complex products end-to-end - ideally AI, data, or ML-driven features. - Sharp prioritization and sound decision-making under ambiguity.

Collaboration & communication - Fluent working with engineers and data scientists on technical concepts and tradeoffs. - Strong written communication - clear specs, tight documentation. - Able to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to have - Experience building or shipping LLM-powered features, chatbots, or AI assistants. - Familiarity with model evaluation, prompt management, or AI observability tooling. - Background in event marketing or GTM workflows.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - AI products and chat experiences that users trust and return to. - AI workflows that reliably create quality data or turn data into accurate insights and recommendations at scale. - Clear ownership of AI feature quality, with well-defined data flows behind it.
