Director, Asset Management (Engineering and Finance)

The Director of Asset Management oversees the strategic direction and financial performance of our energy infrastructure and data center portfolio. This is a senior leadership position focused on maximizing the value of our physical assets through capital allocation, operational & contractual optimization, and long-term investment strategy.

You will manage the entire asset lifecycle, from once an asset is commercialized to overseeing major reinvestment projects. A key part of the role involves managing complex commercial obligations—specifically Utility Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and Real Estate Contracts—to ensure we are capturing the best economic outcomes.

You will serve as the primary bridge between our technical operations, contractual partners, and corporate finance, translating infrastructure performance into clear financial results (or expectations) for the executive team.

We are looking for a veteran of the energy or infrastructure sectors with at least 10 years of experience managing high-cap and complex portfolios. You should have a deep understanding of energy markets and a proven track record of driving ROI in capital-intensive environments. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable in the details of a financial model as they are overseeing large-scale project execution.

Qualifications and Traits:

• 10+ years of professional experience, specifically within energy infrastructure, utilities, or power generation.

• Expert-level skills in financial modeling, underwriting, and managing capital deployment for large-scale assets.

• Significant experience negotiating and managing power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, energy-related regulatory compliance, and real estate contracts.

• A history of leading multi-site portfolios, with a focus on optimizing cost structures and enhancing revenue.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members.
