Responsibilities We are looking for a Project Manager with a great attitude, strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment to join our Maryland Team.

Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address and resolve purchasing challenges during the initial stages of pre-construction.

Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing in setting up of projects to insure profitability, client satisfaction and the best subcontractors for the project.

Working in partnership with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule. Thorough completion of all financial data with an eye to quickly identify potential/existing issues that could lead to subpar financial performance.

Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor. Experience building multiple projects at a time specifically in Commercial, Tenant Interiors, Hospitality (Hotels), or other occupied spaces such as healthcare renovations upwards of $5M.

Software experience doing financials in P6. Direct responsibility for leading and developing staff. Highly organized, client focused, and ability to connect.

Experience with Timberline, Sage and Procore or similar project management tools required. Must have the flexibility for required business travel.

Salary Range Information Maryland Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 The range is Maryland based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
