We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team.
- Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
- Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
- Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
- Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
- Verify and process prescriptions , ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
- Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
- Follow protocols , maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case
- Collaborate cross-functionally , providing feedback to improve processes and systems

- A passion for veterinary care : You love providing excellent client experiences and clear, empathetic communication.
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician : You’ve successfully completed the VTNE and have at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required).
- Tech-savvy : You’re comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms.
- Exceptional communicator : You can clearly articulate medical information, both verbally and in writing, with compassion and clarity.
- Adaptable problem solver : You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can generate innovative solutions to support our members and teams.
- Independent worker : You manage priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

requirements:
- Minimum ISP parameters : >100mb_down, >100mb_up, <10ms latency
- Comfortable sitting and standing at a computer for extended periods
- Starting at $23.00 per hour (final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location)
