Senior Manager, Corporate Development

The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will work with a small team that identifies, analyzes and executes M&A and investment activities on behalf of Booking Holdings. The successful candidate will be a meaningful contributor and thought-leader in identifying and assessing potential target companies, drive day-to-day transaction execution, and manage all aspects of industry and company analysis, valuation and financial modeling, and preparation of presentation materials.

The candidate will mentor and develop junior teammates as well as comfortably interact with senior level executives both within and outside the organization. Some travel may be required but the length of the trips will generally be limited to a few days. [Target Start date of October 1, 2026.]

• Manage day-to-day M&A transactions from idea generation to deal execution and closing

• Lead business due diligence and identify and assess key risk factors

• Develop and scrutinize company valuation and financial modeling

• Develop accurate, thoughtful and concise presentations and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership and Board of Directors

• Provide mentorship, guidance and learnings to junior colleagues in corporate development

• Experience running day-to-day M&A deals from identification through closing

• Experienced in creating presentations for 'C-level' executives and Board of Directors

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate and manage the efforts of others, as well as work well with people at a wide range of levels

• Experienced communicating complex information to senior leaders

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10%

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $187,200-$228,800.
